Service Description. This Site describes Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Living Room Remodeling, Drywall Installation, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting provided by Port Tobacco Heritage Builders LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Port Tobacco Heritage Builders LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MD law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MD for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
